Established in 1972 by Hideo Koide, KINTO began as a wholesaler of porcelain and ceramic tableware in Shiga, Japan. To this day the company remains a family owned business, with the sons of Hideo Koide proudly continuing the legacy of Hideo. Since 2010, the brand has exported their products worldwide.
